Halifax Regional Municipality appoints Thomas Murray

Toronto – Thomas Murray, the custodian risk rating and advisory specialist announced that they were appointed by Halifax Regional Municipality Pension Plan to manage the provider review for global custody services, benefit payments, investment accounting, securities lending, performance measurement and compliance monitoring services.
