Step VI - Finalisation of SLA and Contract
The objectives of this step would be to finalise the SLA with the preferred suppliers concentrating on the following aspects:
- Finalising detailed operational issues.
- Hand-over arrangements and timings - including project management, roles and responsibilities.
- Fees/fee structures.
- Contracts, other agreements and letters of assurance.
