Thomas Murray’s web based RFP management service, SupplierSelect, is now available for custody industry participants to create, issue and score their own RFPs. Thomas Murray has been developing internet based RFP software since 2000, and has managed more than 3,000 complex responses bidding for over 3 trillion dollars of assets under custody.
Over 80% of custody providers are already registered with SupplierSelect, and are familiar with its use. SupplierSelect uses a multi-tenancy architecture that allows multiple evaluator / buyer organisations to access the same directory of registered suppliers, thus significantly reducing the time and cost of implementation.
The administrative challenges of drafting, issuing and scoring complex RFP questionnaires are formidable. SupplierSelect addresses these challenges by automating as much of the process as possible, allowing buyers to focus on the core task of framing the right questions and evaluating the responses.
