A Contract Review includes an evaluation of the key clauses in a custody contract that impact on risk mitigation and asset safety and compares these to those currently available in the market. The review also highlights variations to best practice and may suggest remedial action. The review also includes comments on the Service Level Agreement (SLA) where appropriate and highlights any major variances or omissions and comments on the ability to secure the required level of service from the custodian.
