Thomas Murray Appointed By The City Of Edmonton Thomas Murray Appointed By The City Of Edmonton To Manage Global Custodian Search Toronto, Oct. 9, 2007 - Thomas Murray, the custodian risk rating and advisory specialist announced that they were appointed by the City of Edmonton to manage the City's search for a custodian and trustee for their endowment, defined benefit pension plans and other investment portfolios.
